You won’t be held liable if someone is injured on your property. All our installers are covered by Workers’ Compensation, and we are happy to provide an up-to-date clearance letter.

Lifetime and 10-Year Workmanship Warranties
Residential roof replacements come with a lifetime workmanship warranty that lasts as long as you own the home, underwritten by REVAU. Commercial and multi-family roof replacements carry a 10-year workmanship warranty. These warranties cover roof replacements; warranty terms for repairs are set out in your repair quote.
Weather Protection Planning
Alberta’s weather is unpredictable, so we never take chances. We only remove as much of your roof as we can replace in a single day. If any area is left exposed, we protect it with waterproofing and tarps.
No Overbooking
We respect your time. Our schedule takes weather delays into account, so we do not overbook ourselves with too many projects at once. When we say we’ll be there, we will be there.

We do not ask for deposits on residential roofs. Commercial and multi-family projects follow the payment schedule set out in your quote. On residential roofs, you only pay once the job is complete, because trust is something we earn, not something we bill for in advance.
